Informatikai rendszerüzemeltetés minőségbiztosítása

This study raises the possibility of the introduction of the quality management system in connection with the creation of a new Hungarian Defence Forces Regulation on Informatics. The Hungarian Defence Forces Strategy on Informatics defines guidelines in connection with quality assurance, safety, and operation. Although the guidelines of the strategy were reviewed and simplified in 2008, we do not have to forget the question of the quality assurance. The study overviews -on the basis of these principles- the aspect of the introduction of the quality management system, the aim, the tasks and the position of the quality assurance in the maintenance, the aspects and the effects of the previous risk assessment on the quality assurance, the previous requirement of the quality assurance, the relation between the quality assurance and the requirement of the safety, the quality management system of the maintenance and the quality assurance tasks of the informatics maintenance.
