Összefoglalás | Power spectral density (PSD) analysis is an efficient tool of “full length scale” characterisation of topographies of engineering surfaces. In case of self-affine surfaces the fractal dimension of topography can be calculated from the slope of logarithmic scaled PSD curve. |
