Összefoglalás | Aim of our presentation is to analyze the evacuation of buildings for masses (over 300 persons) from engineering aspects. One of the most catastrophic human behaviors is the massive, panics generated escape, which frequently leads to fatal accidents. Normally this attitude is brought about life-threatening situations like fire, blasting or menace whit it. Above-mentioned buildings are designed with many evacuation paths, which are marked by “EMERGENCY EXIT” banners. Generally inside the building the real time mass distribution is not known, dispatcher responsible for supervised areas does not have prompt data about it. In case of alarm tasking, realignment and with proper number and cross-section evacuation paths founded on facts are not ensured for building-evacuation accomplishing personnel. The problem of optimum evacuation can be resolved by the application of a special software developed to recognize persons, and switched to CCTV used to monitor the full area, therefore we can receive direct information about the distribution of masses. Reaching far-away escape paths from endangered area and tasking for personnel managed even from dispatcher center is becoming more efficient. As a conclusion of the above implemented system the escape path signaling security pictograms will be replaced by multifunctional indicators operated by promptly determined situations. |
