Egy korábbi cikk1 bemutatta, hogy az Európai Unió vegyianyag-politikája milyen stációkon keresztül jutott el addig a 2006. december 18-án bekövetkezett pillanatig, amikor megszületett a döntés a REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemicals) elfogadásáról. Ez a folyamat (attól függően, hogy honnan indítottuk a stopperórát) évekig, esetleg évtizedekig tartott. Ebben az írásban néhány olyan elemet szeretnénk szemügyre venni, ami a REACH okán „nyakunkba szakadt” tájékoztatási feladatok gyakorlati megoldásával (lehetőleg minél egyszerűbben történő megoldásával) kapcsolatos.
